V. Ravichandran

Founder, Director

Ravichandran has spent his entire career of 30 years in the B2B sales domain. He started his career in the aftermarket support of construction equipment at L&T Limited in 1991, and then moved to sales in 1998. Eventually he headed sales for West and South regions. Subsequently he managed Pan India operation for marketing and training primarily focussed on increasing sales and channel management at CNH Industrial a multinational organization.

Ravichandran has travelled extensively all over India, enriching his understanding of market behaviour. He has acquired deep knowledge of the customers’ inner drives and motives. He has personally designed and delivered over 100 sales training programs. Ravichandran won a gold medal from IIFT Delhi for his Executive Diploma in Industrial Marketing, He is a Certified Sales Coach from Erickson coaching International.

In June 2020 Ravichandran has published a book on B2B sales titled 7 Value Drivers for Success in Sales. In a short span the book has become a best seller in its category. Founded SALES ENABLERS in Jan 2021, a consortium of Industry experts with rich experience in B2B Domain and adds value to over leading 30 brands globally.

SALES ENABLERS’s offering is in Consulting/Coaching and Training areas, primarily helping sales teams of companies IN B2B sales with increasing the efficiency of sales, profitability, better after market relationships and managing the channel the right way for best performance and lasting relationships.
